Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form. I’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.
-
A generic app gives you a plan, but it can’t adjust when life gets in the way, notice warning signs of overtraining, or answer your questions. As your coach, I personally review your progress and adapt your plan around your goals, your schedule, and how your body is responding
-
I have a personalized training plan myself, created by my own coach, because it helps me stay on track day to day, week to week, and see real progress over time. It also gives me an outside, professional perspective I couldn’t get on my own. If you want to focus your energy on the things that matter most - your life, your family, your job - a personalized plan can take the guesswork out of training, so you have one less thing to think about.
-
Of course - life circumstances change, and that’s completely normal. If you don’t have the time or motivation to continue, or simply want to stop working together, you can cancel your plan at the end of any billing period.
-

-
Not currently. Since I just relocated to Charlotte, NC in July 2026, my clients are spread across different states and countries, so there isn’t a local community event yet.
-
Not at the moment. My current offering is focused exclusively on running plans.
-
That’s exactly who I love working with. Your plan will start at a pace and volume that matches your current fitness level, and we’ll build from there step by step. It takes much effort to start your journey, but it will be worth it.

Yes, you can use your smartphone as well. For the best experience, though, I recommend a smartwatch that tracks key metrics (heart rate and pace are a must). The more accurate your data, the more precise and effective your training plan can be.
